DAS FLUFF: EPK
DAS FLUFF IS POST PUNK ELECTRO FILTH!
The heady combination of Das Fluff’s trademark electronics, heavy guitars and blade-like verse arouses a sense of unease in the belly while activating the adrenaline rush of dance or flight. Allowing the ominous depths of her psyche to become flesh, Das Fluff is the feral spawn of frontwoman Dawn Lintern, the band’s prolific writer and arranger.
Dressed for excess with a formidable rock stance, Das Fluff’s live performance is a captivating phantasmagoria lit by images projected onto the stage and worshipped by a rhythm-enslaved audience who just wanna be their dog. Lintern’s vocals are as hypnotic as a caress before a spank, as compelling as a growl becoming a roar.
Long-time collaborator, Christian Ruland, brings cutting edge creative electronic experimentation to the band's live sound with ever-evolving combinations of media including theremins, pedals, samplers and Kaoss pads along with his distinctive projections.
Das Fluff have supported post-punk luminaries such as Viv Albertine, Lene Lovich, Toyah, Clan of Xymox and Lydia Lunch, headlined gigs around the world and toured extensively in Europe, the US and Asia.
Das Fluff's 5th album was released in September 2020 marking the band’s 10th anniversary. For more details on 'Maximum Damage' click here.

If you danced your hearts out to Trent Reznor’s works and listened to Soft Cell in your bedroom then this is for you.
(Fighting Boredom)
As vicious as it is haunting and hypnotic.
(The Punk Lounge)
The deranged love child of Debbie Harry and Freddie Murcury set to the melodies of Goldfrapp.
(seesound.co.uk)
Adding punk edge to the surging beats of Numan and Depeche Mode inspired electro, with a bit of Throbbing Gristle chucked in for good measure.
(hitthefloor.com)
This type of electronica is providing more lyrical and stylistic risk taking which Das Fluff and others such as The Knife and Gary Numan are willing to take.
